lyrics

Now I lost my money in a poker game, called California real estate, now I'm packing it in and loading up the truck, moving to another state,
now I'm Tulsa bound, Tulsa bound, and I've had it up to here with the Promised Land, Oklahoma here I come,
so I shaved my face took out the nose ring, cut off the nasty dreads, and I traded in my favorite tie-dye shirt that I picked up when I saw the Dead

Now I got a big house just waiting for me, more space than I can fill, gonna buy a bunch of think that I don't need, like bric-a-brac from Goodwill

Now I'm kicking ass in nowheresville, sure beats the good life, but I'd rather be the hammer than the nail, not the butter for the knife
